We currently do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to assist with exchanges where applicable to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.





Exchange Eligibility



We accept exchanges under the following conditions:


  • Item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Request is made within 24 hours of delivery
  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags






One-Time Size Exchange (Premium Benefit)



We understand sizing can sometimes be tricky.


  • We offer a one-time size exchange per order
  • Item must be in perfect condition
  • Customer covers delivery cost for the exchange






Incorrect or Faulty Items



If you receive the wrong or faulty item:


  • Notify us within 24 hours
  • We will cover the exchange and delivery at no extra cost






Pre-Order Items


All pre-order items are final and cannot be cancelled

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by shipping delays beyond our control
